Redovar Care, clearly explained

Redovar Care is an optional 12-month plan for eligible Redovar Devices. It includes accidental damage protection and priority hardware support while the plan is active.

These terms explain what Redovar Care includes, which Devices are eligible, how renewal works, and what happens when a Device needs service.

Redovar Care works alongside the Customer Agreement, any applicable hardware warranty, and rights provided by law.

What this covers

Redovar Care applies to eligible Redovar Devices with an active plan.

The plan includes accidental damage protection and priority hardware support. If a covered Device is damaged or develops a hardware problem, Redovar will review the Device and explain the service available.

Redovar Care does not replace a hardware warranty, the Product Lifetime Policy, the Customer Agreement, or any rights you have under applicable law.

Eligibility

A Device must be eligible when Redovar Care is added.

We may ask for the Device model, serial number, purchase information, account information, or a Device check before coverage begins.

Eligibility may depend on the Device, its condition, when it was purchased, and whether Redovar Care is available for that model.

If a Device is not eligible, Redovar Care cannot be added to it.

Price and renewal

Redovar Care costs $29 per Device, per year, plus any applicable tax.

Each plan lasts 12 months. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, the plan renews for another 12 months using the payment method on your account.

If the renewal price changes, we will let you know before the new price takes effect when required by law.

Payment must remain current for coverage to continue. If a payment cannot be completed, coverage may be suspended or end.

Accidental damage

Redovar Care includes unexpected and unintentional physical damage caused while using or handling a covered Device.

This can include damage from a drop, spill, or similar accident.

When you request service, Redovar will review the Device and confirm the available repair or replacement option before service begins.

Damage that happened before Redovar Care became active is not covered. Loss, theft, deliberate damage, and misuse are also excluded.

Hardware support

Covered Devices receive priority hardware support from Redovar while the plan is active.

Support may include troubleshooting, Device checks, repair guidance, and help arranging service when a hardware problem requires further attention.

Priority support means your Care request receives priority handling. It does not promise a specific repair time, same-day service, or immediate replacement.

Service and replacement

The service available depends on the Device, the problem or damage, parts availability, and the service options available at that time.

Redovar may repair the Device, replace it, or offer another appropriate service option. We will explain what is available before you approve the service.

Damage We inspect the Device and confirm what service is available.
Repair A repair may be offered when the Device can be serviced safely and reliably.
Replacement A replacement may be offered when repair is not practical or another replacement option is appropriate.
Charges If a service charge applies, you will see the amount before approving the service.

If a Device is replaced, Redovar may require the original Device to be returned.

Before sending a Device for service, back up anything you need. Repair or replacement may require the Device to be reset or erased, and Redovar is not responsible for data left on the Device.

What is not covered

Unless Redovar tells you otherwise in writing, Redovar Care does not cover:

  • A lost or stolen Device.
  • Deliberate damage, misuse, or abuse.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect how the Device works.
  • Damage caused by an unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering.
  • Accessories, chargers, or third-party products unless specifically included.
  • Software, files, settings, or other data stored on the Device.
  • Damage that happened before coverage began or after the plan ended.

Cancellation

You can cancel Redovar Care at any time through your Redovar account or by contacting Redovar Support.

Canceling stops the plan from renewing again. Your cancellation confirmation will show when coverage ends and whether a refund applies.

Any refund will depend on the timing of the cancellation, service already provided under the plan, and applicable law.

Redovar may suspend or end a plan for unpaid charges, fraud, misuse, or another material violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.

Other Redovar terms

Redovar Care is separate from the Product Lifetime Policy and any hardware warranty that applies to your Device.

If the same problem is covered by a warranty, applicable law, or another right you already have, those rights remain available to you.

The Customer Agreement and Terms of Service also continue to apply where relevant.

Nothing in Redovar Care limits rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Redovar Care, our Devices, or our service options change.

If a change materially affects an active plan, we will provide notice when required by law.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the terms that apply to a purchase or renewal are the terms in effect when that purchase or renewal takes place.
