Do I own the Redovar Devices?
Yes. You buy the devices once and they remain yours.
Is Redovar included with the device?
The device is purchased once. Redovar is billed separately each year based on the number of devices you use.
Can I order more devices later?
Yes. You can add devices whenever you need them.
What happens to my plan when I add devices?
Your plan follows the number of devices in use. If the new total moves into a higher range, your plan moves with it.
What happens if a device needs to be replaced?
Once the old device is retired, the replacement takes its place and does not add another device to your plan.
Can I buy a Redovar Device without a Redovar plan?
No. Redovar Devices are made to run with an active Redovar plan.
